Rotten Trades are not responsible for items that are damaged by yourself from poor handling or installation. All Items sold are well handled and maintained by careful testing, storing and packaging. Strict procedures are taken when handling and testing items before listing them.
We prefer PayPal, PPPay and Google Checkout for fast and secure transactions. Credit/Debit Cards are also accepted. We do not accept Cheques or Money/Postal Orders.
Package & Wrap:
Some items are packaged in a Jiffy-Bubble packet to prevent damage, some may be originally and securely boxed. Although, precautions are taken when wrapping parcels for dispatch. If necessary, items will be packaged with additional cardboard for protection and appropriately tagged in order to assist courier services of fragile contents.
Parcels are usually shipped on the same day, or within 24 hours from purchase. Once the item(s) are posted, you will be notified by email to let you know that your item has been sent and should arrive to you within 7 to 14 working days.
It is a rare case that an item is damaged by poor courier handling. If this happens that the package is badly crushed which resulted in item(s) being damaged, it is the responsibility of the courier service that we used. If you are our customer and encounter this problem, please contact us via this website's message-system for further information and support.
Please ensure that you are positive to purchase before you assign yourself to a bidding/buying contract with us. Rotten Trades cannot issue refunds for item(s) that are incorrectly purchased or of any unreasonable purpose.
If you wish to return faulty item(s), please do so before the end of 30th day from the time of receipt, and in their original packaging/contents. Further time may be taken upon examining and testing returned item(s) before replacement/refund is issued, although we cannot refund delivery costs.
You, as a customer, are responsible for the security of returned item(s). Please ensure that you choose the correct postal method to track parcels that may potentially become lost during transit. Refunds cannot be granted for lost parcels.
